Amidst all the craziness that is going on in the world I pushed myself to get dressed on some days to feel normal again because I refuse to let myself go! I will admit the first 2 weeks of the Quarantine lock down were difficult for me. I’m someone who is always on the go and this was a major shift so it took a minute to accept and adjust. Life as we once knew is changing but what doesn’t need to change is our curiosity to learn the truth, our soul, the love that we have, our passions and interests, etc. There are still many things to be thankful for let’s remain focused on that and that is what I will continue to do.
There has been an item in which I started indulging in, within the last year or two, which is the robe; also known as house coats. It can be worn with preferably nothing underneath or paired with underwear. Which is where my love for kimonos began, fancy robes as I like to call them. They add a flare to any outfit, I love them and wear them often. It has to be paired correctly though or your outfit can be too busy, in my opinion.
